The Sonora Union High School District declared the historic Sonora Dome and two adjacent buildings rented by the Tuolumne County Arts Alliance as surplus property Tuesday night, opening the opportunity for an array of select agencies to submit bids to buy or lease the site before proposals can be accepted from the city of Sonora and Tuolumne County.
